The Church has never been the building but always the people. The purpose of the people coming together is to grow up in Christ, grow into one another, and grow more in number. As we increase in number, our goal is never to simply build bigger buildings but to deploy mature believers back into the mission field. Our mission field is wherever Christ gives us a context to worship him with the faithful application of our gifts. Below is a list of traits we look for in those who fit the bill of being mature and faithful.

Has there been a legitimate new birth? Is there a response to the call to be distinct and dedicated?

Is there an obvious lifestyle of holiness?

Is there an ongoing example of obedience?

Is there an ability to be committed to a ministry task that is a reflection of one's ownership of the mission?
